Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your candle. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery as long as the candle is unused, unburned, and in its original condition. To begin a return, just contact us with your order number.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Send us a photo and your order number, and we’ll replace the item at no cost to you or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
Because candles are a consumable product, candles that have been lit, used, or noticeably altered cannot be returned unless there is a defect.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a mistake on our end (damaged, wrong item, defective), we cover shipping.
If you simply changed your mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After that, we may already be preparing your order, but we’ll do our best to help if you reach out quickly
