Lemon Aid

All of our candles are hand-crafted in small batches using 100% soy wax and three clean-burning wood wicks. Each scent is available in 16oz. sizes, with a variety of fragrance options to choose from. Burn times vary by size.

Shipping Policy

All orders ship out in 2–4 business days.

Shipping is paid by the customer and calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your candle. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery as long as the candle is unused, unburned, and in its original condition. To begin a return, just contact us with your order number.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Send us a photo and your order number, and we’ll replace the item at no cost to you or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

Because candles are a consumable product, candles that have been lit, used, or noticeably altered cannot be returned unless there is a defect.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a mistake on our end (damaged, wrong item, defective), we cover shipping.

If you simply changed your mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.

After that, we may already be preparing your order, but we’ll do our best to help if you reach out quickly
